Credits, top-ups and auto-recharge
How billing works
The developer platform is prepaid. You add funds to your workspace and each model call or lookup is deducted from the balance. No subscription is required: you pay only for what you use.
Starter credit
New workspaces receive $3 once your email address is verified (once per person, not once per workspace). Starter credit alone does not unlock FedProc-2 or write keys; those need a real top-up.
Add funds
In Billing, choose an amount ($10, $25, $50, $100 or your own, from $10 to $500) and pay by card through Stripe. Your card number never reaches VETR. The credit is added when the payment completes.
Auto-recharge
Save a card and VETR can add funds automatically when your balance falls below a threshold you choose. You set the threshold, the amount per recharge and a monthly cap. If a charge fails, auto-recharge turns itself off and you are emailed, so a bad card is never retried in a loop.
See where it went
Usage shows calls, model spend and success rate for the month, and Billing lists every credit movement.
Refunds
To ask for a refund, email support@vetrproposal.com. When a payment is refunded, the matching credit is removed from your balance; if it has already been spent, the balance is held until it is cleared with a new top-up.
