Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using VETR. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Acu-Elligent LLC, the company behind the VETR platform.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using VETR. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Acu-Elligent LLC, the company behind the VETR platform.

§ 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VETR Framework ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

§ 02

Description of Service

VETR Framework provides an AI-powered proposal management platform designed for government contractors, including Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). The Service includes tools for RFP parsing, proposal writing, compliance tracking, teaming management, and related functionality.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

§ 03

Account Registration

To use VETR, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

All activity that occurs under your account.

Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts may not be shared among multiple individuals without an Enterprise license.

§ 04

Acceptable Use

You agree to use VETR only for lawful purposes related to government contracting and proposal management. You may not:

Use the Service to create proposals for illegal solicitations or fraudulent purposes.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or VETR's systems.

Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.

Use the Service in any way that violates applicable federal or state laws, including the False Claims Act.

Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written authorization from VETR.

§ 05

Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all proposals, documents, and data you create or upload ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant VETR a limited license to process and store Your Content solely to provide the Service.

VETR IP: VETR owns all intellectual property in the platform, including software, AI models, trademarks, and documentation. VETR™ is a trademark of Acu-Elligent LLC. All rights reserved. These Terms do not transfer any VETR intellectual property to you.

Feedback: If you provide feedback or suggestions, VETR may use this feedback without obligation or compensation to you.

§ 06

AI-Generated Content

VETR uses artificial intelligence to assist with proposal writing, compliance checking, and other tasks. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before use.

VETR does not guarantee that AI-generated proposals will be responsive, compliant, or successful.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any proposal submitted to a government agency.

AI-generated content does not constitute legal advice. Consult a qualified attorney for legal compliance questions.

§ 07

Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By providing payment information, you authorize VETR to charge the applicable fees.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

VETR may change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

One-time purchases. Some items are sold as a single charge rather than a subscription — paid webinar and event registrations are the current example. A one-time purchase does not create or renew a subscription, and cancelling a subscription does not refund a separate one-time purchase. If VETR cancels a scheduled event or fails to hold it, the registration fee is refunded in full. To transfer a registration to a different attendee, contact us before the event and we will reassign it.

Discounted and locked pricing. Founding-member and Vanguard pricing holds a stated rate for a stated period rather than in perpetuity. The specific rate, the length of the lock and what happens when it ends are set out in the Founding Member Terms, which govern where they differ from this section.

Included usage. Paid plans include an allowance of AI processing appropriate to the plan. Allowances exist to prevent runaway cost, not as a metered charge — VETR does not bill you past the allowance. When an allowance is reached, AI features stop until the next period or until the allowance is raised; other parts of the platform continue to work. No per-proposal fee is charged on any plan.

All payments are processed by Stripe. VETR does not store full payment card details.

§ 08

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VETR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST PROPOSALS, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF VETR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

VETR's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

§ 09

Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

VETR does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that proposal content generated by AI will result in contract awards.

§ 10

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. VETR may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination. VETR will retain your data for 90 days after termination before permanent deletion, unless required by law to retain it longer.

§ 11

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Chatham County, Georgia.

For Enterprise customers, disputes may be subject to binding arbitration as specified in your Enterprise agreement.

§ 12

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

§ 13

Third-Party Integrations & Customer-Directed Data Export

VETR offers integrations with the government (FedRAMP-authorized) editions of certain third-party services — for example, Salesforce Government Cloud, DocuSign Government Cloud, GovSlack, and Google Workspace with Assured Controls. These integrations are available on the Professional and Enterprise plans, are off by default, and are disabled for government-agency organizations.

When you connect an integration, you authorize VETR to exchange specific data with that government-edition service at your direction (a "customer-directed data export"). You remain in control:

You explicitly enable and consent to each integration before any data is shared, and you can disconnect it at any time in Settings.

VETR sends the minimum necessary — for CRM and notifications, only metadata such as a proposal's title, status, value, and deadline (never the proposal's content); for e-signature and document export, only the specific document you choose.

VETR connects only to the government edition of each service and never routes your data to a commercial endpoint.

You are responsible for your organization's own account, credentials, and configuration on each connected government-edition service, and for your use of that service in accordance with its terms. Once data reaches a third-party platform at your instruction, that provider's terms govern how it is handled. VETR is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or data practices of a third-party service once data leaves the VETR platform at your instruction.

§ 14

Government Data & Market Information

Some features present information drawn from public government sources — for example, the Government Updates feed, award and opportunity listings, agency spending statistics, and set-aside forecasts. You acknowledge that:

This information is provided for general awareness and is sourced from third-party government systems (e.g., SAM.gov, USASpending.gov) that VETR does not control and that may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.

AI-generated summaries of this information may contain errors and are not a substitute for the official source record, which is linked where available.

Nothing in these features constitutes legal, contracting, eligibility, or bid/no-bid advice, or a guarantee that any opportunity is a fit for you. Verify all details against the official solicitation or award record before acting.
