Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required up front. You can add a card any time before trial end from Settings → Billing.
What does the founding-member offer include?
24-month price lock at $149/mo Startup or $299/mo Professional, a 30-min onboarding call with the founder, private founder Slack, and free seats in the inaugural Women Veteran in GovCon cohort. Available to the first 100 paid customers OR for the first 90 days post-launch — whichever ends first.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade any time and the change is instant. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Founding-member rate locks continue across upgrades within the 24-month window.
Is VETR only for veterans?

What counts as an "active proposal"?
Anything in draft, in-review, or submitted within the current billing period. Archived proposals do not count toward your limit.
Is my data secure?
VETR runs on a FedRAMP-aligned cloud boundary with SOC 2 Type II audit in progress. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit; we never share your proposal content.
Do you offer purchase orders or invoicing?
