Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required up front. You can add a card any time before trial end from Settings → Billing.
What does the founding-member offer include?
24-month price lock at $149/mo Startup or $299/mo Professional, a 30-min onboarding call with the founder, private founder Slack, and free seats in the inaugural Women Veteran in GovCon cohort. Available to the first 100 paid customers OR for the first 90 days post-launch — whichever ends first.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade any time and the change is instant. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Founding-member rate locks continue across upgrades within the 24-month window.
Is VETR only for veterans?
No — built by veterans, designed for any small business serious about federal contracting. The framework, the parser, and the radar work regardless of certification status.
How is the proposal limit counted?
Every proposal you create within the current billing period counts once, whatever its status. Archiving or deleting a proposal does not return the allowance — the count is a record of what you created, not of what still exists. It resets at the start of each billing period.
Is my data secure?
VETR runs on AWS GovCloud with controls mapped to NIST 800-171 and a SOC 2 Type II audit in preparation (we hold no third-party certification yet — see /trust). Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3, with TLS 1.2 as the enforced minimum); we never share or sell your proposal content.
Do you offer purchase orders or invoicing?
Annual plans on Professional and Enterprise can be paid via PO/ACH. Contact sales for procurement-friendly terms.
