Our Differentiator

The VETR Framework — your proposal differentiation method.

VETR Scoring is the proposal differentiation method that helps businesses turn strengths into standout, scoreable advantages aligned with the customer's mission and evaluation criteria.

Framework outputs are workflow and evaluation-support tools. Final proposal strategy, compliance determinations, and submission decisions remain the customer's responsibility.

Published research

We trained a model for federal procurement, and published the benchmark.

FedProc-180M reads FAR and DFARS clause references out of solicitations. On our published benchmark it matched Claude Haiku’s accuracy while hallucinating clause numbers less than half as often — the failure mode that matters most when a compliance answer cites a clause that does not exist.

Architected for federal security and compliance expectations.

VETR runs in AWS GovCloud (us-gov-west-1) with controls mapped to NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC Level 2 practices, and AI kept in-boundary via Amazon Bedrock. We're pursuing FedRAMP 20x (Low first); formal assessments and attestations are in preparation — see our Security page for current status.

AI & your data: your proposal content is processed entirely in-boundary on AWS GovCloud (Amazon Bedrock) — it is never sent to a third-party AI provider and never used to train shared models. Final review and submission decisions always stay with you.

Set-aside support: filters and teaming features are based on SBA program status and publicly available registration data — they are not used to implement race-based or otherwise prohibited preferences.

See our Security page for current attestation status and where each framework stands.

Status terms such as “in progress,” “mapped,” or “program in place” describe current internal readiness or ongoing review activity and do not, by themselves, constitute a completed certification, authorization, or legal determination.

VETR connects to the government-edition stack your team already runs — SAM.gov, GovCon, Grants.gov and the Microsoft Word add-in, with CRM and e-signature connectors in preparation. See the integrations.

Why we built this

I spent forty years on the government side awarding federal contracts. I watched small businesses lose bids they should have won — not on capability, but on the structural overhead of capture. VETR is the tool I wish those bidders had.
