Welcome to VETR — Your First 10 Minutes

Welcome! This short guide will have you productive in VETR within 10 minutes.

Step 1 — Complete your organization profile

Head to Settings → Organization and fill in your CAGE code, UEI, NAICS, and SDVOSB status. VETR uses these to auto-fill proposal headers and cover pages.

Step 2 — Upload your first RFP

Click AI → RFP Parser. Drop any PDF RFP and VETR will extract requirements, build the compliance matrix, and seed a starter proposal in under 90 seconds.

Step 3 — Invite your team

Under Settings → Users, add proposal managers, technical leads, and reviewers. Each can own sections and track assignments.

Step 4 — Connect integrations

SAM.gov and DocuSign integrate in 2 clicks from the Integrations page.
