The compliance matrix is the backbone of a responsive proposal. VETR seeds it from the parsed RFP - every Section L instruction and Section M factor becomes a row you track to the proposal section that satisfies it.

Statuses

• Compliant - addressed and verified
• In progress - being written
• Non-compliant - not yet addressed (fix before submitting)
