The compliance matrix is the backbone of a responsive proposal. VETR seeds it from the parsed RFP — every Section L instruction and Section M factor becomes a row you track to the proposal section that satisfies it.

Statuses

• Compliant — addressed and verified
• In progress — being written
• Non-compliant — not yet addressed (fix before submitting)
