Managing your subscription — Help Center

Your subscription details live in Settings → Billing. From there you can change plans, update payment methods, view invoices, and download tax receipts.

Plans

Startup — $199/mo (or $149 founding-member). 5 users, 10 active RFPs, 50 AI generations/month.
Professional — $399/mo (or $299 founding-member). 15 users, unlimited RFPs, 250 AI generations/month, advanced analytics.
Enterprise — custom. Unlimited users, custom AI cap, dedicated CSM, SSO, BAA.

Founding-member pricing

The first 100 SDVOSBs to subscribe lock founding-member pricing for 24 months. Your monthly rate cannot increase during that window. After 24 months, you roll to the then-current standard rate (we'll notify 60 days before).

Switching plans

Settings → Billing → Change Plan. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You'll see a prorated credit on your next invoice if you downgrade mid-cycle.

Yearly billing

Switch to yearly to save ~17%. Settings → Billing → Billing Cycle → Yearly. The first yearly invoice charges immediately; future invoices align to the yearly anniversary.

Payment methods

VETR uses Stripe. We accept all major credit cards. Settings → Billing → Payment Methods → Add. You can add a backup card and set a default. Failed payments retry 3 times over 7 days before downgrading the account to read-only.

Invoices and receipts

All invoices are stored in Settings → Billing → Invoices, downloadable as PDF for accounting. We email invoices automatically to the billing-contact email on file (Settings → Organization → Billing Contact).
