Billing & Subscription FAQ

When am I charged?

Plans bill monthly on the same day of the month you signed up, or annually if you selected the yearly option. You'll get a receipt by email from Stripe.

Can I change plans?

Yes — go to Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and bill pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

How do I cancel?

From Settings → Billing, click Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.

What about refunds?

We don't pro-rate refunds for partial months. If something went wrong — a failed generation, a stuck job, a charge you didn't expect — email support@vetrproposal.com and we'll make it right.
