How the RFP Parser Works
The RFP Parser uses GPT-4.1 with a specialized government-contracting prompt to extract requirements from any solicitation PDF.
What gets extracted
- Every shall, must, and will statement
- FAR and DFARS clauses referenced in the document
- Section L instructions and Section M evaluation factors
- Key dates: Q&A, proposal due, period of performance
- Set-aside type, NAICS, size standard
How long it takes
Typical 100-page RFP parses in 60–90 seconds. 300+ page RFPs chunk through the queue and usually finish in 3–5 minutes.
What to do after parsing
Review the compliance matrix, adjust any requirement tagged low-confidence, and hit Generate Proposal Shell to create a section-by-section draft wired to the compliance matrix.
