Government integrations & compliance — how they work
Compliance-first by design
VETR connects to third-party systems only through their government (FedRAMP-authorized) editions — Salesforce Government Cloud, DocuSign Government Cloud, GovSlack, and Google Workspace with Assured Controls. This keeps your data inside an authorized boundary while VETR completes its SOC 2 Type II and FedRAMP 20x readiness.
The rules every integration follows
- Government editions only. VETR never connects to a commercial endpoint for your data.
- You authorize every connection. An organization admin explicitly enables each integration and consents before anything is shared.
- We send the minimum. For notifications and CRM we send metadata (a proposal's title and status) — never the proposal body. For e-signature and Drive export we send only the specific document you choose.
- Enterprise plan. External integrations are an Enterprise feature.
- Government-agency organizations stay fully in-boundary. If your organization is a government agency, external integrations are disabled by design.
In preparation: these integrations are being finalized as part of our compliance program. Where you see "In preparation," the capability is built but not yet switched on for your organization.
