How do I cancel my subscription?

Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. No phone calls, no retention scripts, no holds.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. The account stays fully active until then, then drops to read-only for 90 days (you keep view access to all your data). After 90 days the account is soft-deleted; restorable for another 90 days by contacting support.
