VETR Proposal is government bid software for federal set-aside competition, and women veteran-owned firms sit at the one intersection the programs do not resolve for you: you may qualify under WOSB or EDWOSB and under SDVOSB or VOSB at the same time, while any given solicitation is set aside under exactly one of them. VETR checks VetCert status, filters the opportunity feed by set-aside and NAICS against your profile, and parses each solicitation into a Section L and Section M compliance matrix so eligibility is settled before you commit a proposal team.
