VETR v1.0 is live — built by veteran contracting officers, for SDVOSBs

VETR is live. After a year of building with veteran contracting officers, beta-testing with five SDVOSBs, and rebuilding the compliance matrix three times to get it right, the platform that brings the VETR Score™ methodology to every small federal contractor is open for business.

What VETR is

VETR is the AI-powered proposal management platform built specifically for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Four core capabilities, all live today:

  1. VETR Score™ on every RFP. Quantitative Win Probability scored across Value, Experience, Teaming, and Responsiveness pillars. Bid/no-bid in five minutes, not five hours.
  2. Auto-built compliance matrix. Upload your RFP; VETR extracts every Section L "shall" and Section M evaluation factor, then tracks your response status through the proposal lifecycle.
  3. AI-assisted proposal sections. Generate first drafts of executive summaries, technical approaches, and management plans grounded in your past performance library.
  4. Government-ready PDF + DOCX export. Four prebuilt templates (Classic, Modern, Government, Executive) with proper Section L formatting, branded covers, and FAR-compliant boilerplate.

Founding-member pricing

The first 100 SDVOSBs to subscribe lock $149/month Startup or $299/month Professional for 24 months — protected from any price increase, period. Trial is 14 days, no credit card required.

What we built (and what we didn\'t)

The full launch slate is on our public roadmap. The short list: SAM.gov + FPDS integration, past-performance library with STAR narratives, teaming RACI matrix, GO/NO-GO assessment, win/loss analytics, GovCon Roadmap (the four-quadrant capture planning tool).

What didn\'t make v1.0: full Cost Volume builder (Q3), Mentor Marketplace (Q4), white-label mode (2027). The roadmap explains why.

Beta partners

Five SDVOSBs ran VETR through real proposals over four weeks before launch. Their feedback shaped the compliance matrix, the export formatting, and the AI commentary layer. Without them, we'd have shipped a product that seemed right and missed two of the three things capture managers actually need.

What\'s next

Our v1.0.1 patch lands July 8, addressing the bug log from beta. Our v1.1 release on August 15 ships the highest-voted items from the public roadmap. If you sign up in the first 30 days, your votes carry the most weight on what we build next.
